Steam Drying & Moisture Control
The continuous paper web weaves over steam-heated cast iron dryer cylinders. Precise thermal monitoring ensures balanced moisture retention across the web to prevent paper curl.
Surface Sizing & Calendering
Surface starch application seals surface porosity, followed by heavy steel super-calender rollers that compress the sheet under controlled hydraulic pressure for uniform caliper and glass-smooth finish.
Precision Slitting & Sheeting
Jumbo mother reels are transferred to synchronised rotary slitting decks. Micro-honed circular tungsten blades cut exact widths, while cyclonic vacuum hoods extract dust for razor-clean edges.
Automated Wrapping & Quality Inspection
Each count-verified ream is scanned with in-line optical sensors, wrapped in moisture-barrier laminate packaging, sealed against humidity, and automated onto secure wooden pallets.
